About
John Reiter began his love of nature photography some thirty
five years ago. As an international, award winning photographer,
he travels to various locations around the world. In addition, he
offers portrait, catalog and event photography as well as local,
one-on-one "personal training" in digital photography. John
attended the Lepp Institute of Digital Imaging and completed
training by Nikon, Epson, Adobe and others. He considers himself
fortunate to have photographed with, and been mentored by, some of today's finest pro photographers including Darrell Gulin, Adam Jones, Rick Sammon, Daniel Cox, Joe & MaryAnn McDonald and many others.
John's work has won numerous awards including two time winner of the Nature's Best Windland Smith Rice Award. Six of his images were recently named as semi-finalists in the 2011 Veolia Wildlife Photographer of the Year Competition sponsored by the London Museum and BBC Wildlife Magazine. In addition, John's images have appeared in a number of national magazines and are currently on display in many private collections. John's work has also been featured in various galleries including a six month exhibit at the Smithsonian Museum in Washington, DC.
PERSONAL TRAINING
One-on-one personal training in digital photography is offered on a local*
basis -

* local training provided in Bergen County, New Jersey and other local communities
PHOTO TOURS
Small (1-4 participant) photo tours can be arranged to provide a unique and fun opportunity for one-on-one personal training.
