Monarch Butterflies - Big Sur, California
Taken on the Big Sur coast of California during the migration season for the Monarch butterfly, this image required waiting for the perfect moment when the butterflies, the wind and the sun were just right. After several hours of waiting, these three beautiful creatures were perfectly illuminated by the natural backlighting of the sun.
